WoodyThings, LLC (Parent company of WittyThings.us) accepts Paypal and major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, AmericanExpress, Discover, etc.) as forms of payment because they are one of the safest methods that protect both of us (seller and buyer).

When using Paypal, please ensure your Paypal address is accurate and current. This is the address the order will ship to, unless otherwise indicated by the customer.

Items ship after payment clears.

If you have ordered an item that is already made, I will mail it out within the next day or two. Made-to-order items will be shipped out as soon they are completed; usually within 7-10 days, but most often sooner than 7 days.

WoodyThings, LLC (parent company of WittyThings.us) insures every package and includes tracking confirmation for both our peace of mind. We will provide you with the tracking number upon shipment.

If you need your order to ship as soon as possible (expedited shipping) please send me an email with the details. Note that additional shipping fees will apply for expedited items. 

All orders will be carefully handled and packaged.

  • International Orders- $50 deposit for international orders. We will refund you the difference if shipping costs are less. If shipping costs are more than $50, we may invoice you the difference. 

Refunds and Exchanges

We take pride in creating each handmade article we make and offer 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our orders. In the unfortunate event that the item does not meet your expectations, simply contact us and we will arrange to exchange the item for you. If you must return an item, we request that you contact us within 7 calendar days from the day you receive your package. You will then get a full refund for the item purchased and any shipping costs accrued.

Clothing Returns: PLEASE DO CONTINUE TO WEAR an item you’re attempting to return. We can’t re-sell an item that has been worn, stretched and/or stained =) 

If the package is lost en route and the post office confirms that the package was not delivered, you will get a full refund for the item purchased.

Personalized items are not refundable, so please, make sure all details and/or spellings you want on your items are correct. 

If at all possible, please make sure someone will be available to receive your item.
