Leg Lamp, Christmas Card and Ornament

Do you have fond memories of sitting by the TV on Christmas and watching A Christmas Story on repeat? We do. We love the spirit of Christmas, and especially love a good laugh. One of my favorite scenes is when a certain dad unveils his major award, delivered in a nostalgic, huge, wooden crate with the word FRAGILE stenciled on it.
When pops finally digs out the award, we find a curvy, burlesque lamp in the shape of a leg, standing on high heels, complete with a lamp shade cover that looks like a mini skirt.

That scene is what inspired us to create this Christmas card and ornament.

The Christmas card is made from premium cream card stock, and comes with its own envelope – so you can mail it to your favorite Christmas person.

✉️The card measures 4.25″ x 5.5″ tall, and has a picture of a leg lamp, with the phrase “Its a Major Award!” written underneath.

The inside of the card is blank and ready for your writing pleasure.

💃Included in this order is an original plastic canvas ornament cut out in the shape of a leg lamp.

Plastic canvass ornaments are neat, stiff, soft, flat ornaments made to display.

They are great because they don’t shatter, they are easy to store, and make a great addition to your Christmas decor.

We’ve needle pointed the outline of our design in black yarn to help the silhouette stand out, beige yarn for the leg part of the lamp, red yarn for the leg garter, and yellow for the lamp shade cover skirt.

The ornament can be hung on the tree, or a wall, cubicle, home office, etc. with a yarn loop attached to the back of the ornament.

The ornament measures 5.25″ tall x 2.5″ wide at its largest point. We don’t know wha that is in millimeters because, well, we’re American. ‘Merica!
